Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All stall bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. By booking a stall, traders agree to follow all Moray Markets policies, venue rules, and event guidelines.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations or payment transfers are permitted within 4 weeks of the event date.

  • Requests to move payments to other events are treated as cancellations and are not allowed within this 4‑week period.

  • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event may be considered at the discretion of Moray Markets.

3. Weather‑Related Cancellations

Moray Markets events will continue in all reasonable weather conditions.

If Moray Markets cancels an event due to severe weather or safety concerns:

  • Traders will receive 50% of their stall fee as credit towards a future Moray Markets event.

  • This credit is only issued when the cancellation decision is made by Moray Markets.

  • If a trader chooses not to attend due to weather while the event is still running, no refund or credit will be provided.

4. Trader Non‑Attendance

If a trader does not attend their booked event for any reason—including illness, travel issues, or personal circumstances—this is considered a no‑show. No refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Event Changes

Moray Markets may adjust event layouts, stall allocations, timings, or operational details if required. Any significant changes will be communicated to traders as early as possible.

6. Conduct & Compliance

Traders must operate safely, respectfully, and in line with all relevant laws and regulations. Moray Markets reserves the right to remove any trader whose behaviour compromises safety, wellbeing, or the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability

Moray Markets is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to trader property. Traders are responsible for their own insurance, equipment, and stock.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stall, traders confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
