Your information is used to: process bookings and send confirmations; send our newsletter (only where you have opted in); respond to enquiries; improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment Data
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Moray Markets does not store your credit or debit card details on our servers.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for marketing at any time; lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers are removed upon request. Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes.
