1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Moray Markets website, booking a pitch, or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Pitch Bookings & Payments

All pitch bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the event that Moray Markets cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all pitch holders. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to severe weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Stallholder Conduct

All stallholders are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Illegal goods, counterfeit items, and materials of an offensive nature are strictly prohibited. Moray Markets reserves the right to remove any stallholder from the site without refund if these rules are breached.

5. Visitor Safety

Visitors attend Moray Markets events at their own risk. Moray Markets and its organisers accept no liability for any loss, theft, or injury sustained during attendance at events. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of Moray Markets or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent from Moray Markets.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moray Markets' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
